well nw waiting for my reletive to come for the dinner at my home so i am bloging nw or else later busy until no time to blog . well nowdays aq training will be geting more and more offen there is training next week on monday , wednesday and friday tmr is x-country but yes .... i no nid to run cause i am water boy..haha...
